Registration & Fees

To register for the conference and a hotel room at the special conference rate, please download the following documents, print them out, and submit them by fax or standard mail according to the instructions they include.

Conference and tutorial fees are based on the date these forms are received and on the status of the applicant, as follows:

On or before October 9:

       Conference fee only:    $140    $390    $490

       Each tutorial unit:    $120    $220    $255

October 10 through November 6:

       Conference fee only:    $190    $560    $690

       Each tutorial unit:    $140    $320    $355

On site (November 14 through 18):

       Conference fee only:    $210    $610    $750

       Each tutorial unit:    $175    $375    $435
