AUDIO-VISUAL NEEDS

The following equipment will be available for each meeting room.

COMPUTING NEEDS

The following computer equipment will be standard for each room (Note that 
computer projectors are listed in the A/V NEEDS section above):

PC Compatible computer with 64 MB memory, 1GB free disk space, 3.5" floppy 
drive (1.44MB), Zip drive, Soundblaster PNP16 sound card, 4MB video card, 
15" monitor configured for 800x600 resolution, 10base T Ethernet adapter, 
keyboard, monitor, speakers, and 2-button mouse.  These systems will have 
Windows 95 operating system loaded and will have Internet connectivity. 
Microsoft Internet Explorer, Outlook Express and NetMeeting will be 
installed; if you need any other application software, a specific release 
or driver, bring it with you, because these systems may lack something you 
take for granted.

The following Mac configuration is available, but will only be provided if 
requested in advance:

Power PC Mac with 64MB memory, 1GB free disk space, 3.5Ó floppy drive 
(1.44MB), Zip Drive, 15Ó monitor, 24-bit video, 10baseT Ethernet adapter, 
keyboard, monitor, speakers, and mouse.  These systems will have MacOS 8 
loaded and will have Internet connectivity.

interface with our equipment. If  you are planning to use our rented 
equipment, please list the software that you use for your presentation.  
If your software requires any specific operating system version, please 
give details.  We will attempt to obtain the needed software, but if you 
need anything other than basic operating system and the products listed
