Cover Pages must accompany almost all submissions for CHI 99. Online Cover Page Submission: While you may submit your cover pages with only a paper copy, it is strongly preferred that you use the Online Cover Page Submission form. Cover Page One: Introducing your submission by providing contact information and listing related submissions. Cover Page Two: Describing your submission by assigning matching phrases. Cover Page Three: Audio, visual and other technology needs, for planning purposes. Here is a table showing which of the 3 Cover Pages each submission category requires:
