Instructors
Jakob Nielsen is a Sun Microsystems Distinguished Engineer. He was the user
interface lead for the recent redesign of Sun's WWW pages (www.sun.com) and is a
frequent and widely known contributor to issues on hypertext and usability
engineering. Annette Wagner is a human interface designer and artist in the
Human Computer Interaction group at SunSoft, Inc. She is also the art director
for The Sphere Information Services, a Web page service provider.
