Instructors
Keith Butler is a senior principal scientist for user-centered design at Boeing
Information and Support Services. Before joining Boeing, he was a member of the
technical staff at Bell Labs. Rob Jacob is on the faculty of the Electrical
Engineering and Computer Science Department at Tufts University. Before joining
Tufts, he investigated innovative I/O devices and at the Naval Research
Laboratories. Bonnie John is an assistant professor at Carnegie Mellon
University's Computer Science Department, Psychology Department, and
Human-Computer Interaction Institute. Before joining CMU, she was a mechanical
engineer at Bell Laboratories designing data- and telecommunications systems.
