Please join us at the meeting of the Computer Systems Technical Group (CSTG) of the Human Factors and Ergonomics Society (HFES). The CSTG is concerned with human aspects of (1) interactive computer systems, especially user interface designs issues, (2) the data-processing environment, including personnel selection, training, and procedures, and (3) software development.

Meetings of the CSTG are held twice each year, at the annual meetings of HFES and SIGCHI. Membership in the CSTG is open to all, regardless of affiliation with the Human Factors and Ergonomics Society. Members receive a subscription to a bulletin which includes items such as HCI Standards: Issues and Opportunities and Lab Group Profiles, book reviews and announcements. In addition, the bulletin contains original articles that address ways to facilitate software developers achieve usability.
