Conference hotels

The conference fees do not include hotel accommodation. Preferential rates and room blocks have been negotiated. Bookings must be made through the conference office or online to obtain these rates. A non-refundable deposit equivalent to one night’s accommodation is payable to guarantee your hotel reservation. This payment must be made by credit card. The balance of payment, including second and subsequent nights and any incidental costs, must be made directly to the hotel on departure.
